Burnout
to Balance
An intimate weekend for people who’ve been running at a pace nobody can sustain, for a system that keeps asking.
It’s not a productivity retreat. There’s nothing to fix.
This is for people who’ve been running at a pace nobody can sustain, for a system that keeps asking. It’s built around a simple idea: stop, for about 40 hours, with eleven other people carrying the same thing, and see what’s underneath when you’re not running.
Burnout isn’t a personal failure. It’s a normal response to an abnormal ask. The weekend begins by naming that — together.
3 days. 2 nights.
No agenda.
This isn’t a schedule. It’s a shape — three distinct phases that build on each other.
Arrival, dinner, and an opening circle.
Morning yoga. A guided hike. Time with the group.
Evening yoga and a closing circle.
Morning yoga. A closing session.
You’ll leave with something to carry home.

This is not therapy.
Burnout to Balance is a space for rest, honesty, and connection with people who understand. It is not crisis care and it’s not a substitute for therapy. If you’re in acute distress or need clinical support, please reach out to a mental health professional — that’s the right call, and we’d rather you make it.
If you’re exhausted, running on fumes, and wondering when things will slow down — this weekend might be useful.
Twelve spots.
Forty hours.
Meals, lodging, and all sessions included.
